In April 2026, the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board conducted the See Me in ALCDSB Student Census.
Students in grades 4 to 12 were invited to respond to a variety of questions about aspects of identity including language, race, ethnic or cultural origin, religious or spiritual affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, and socioeconomic status.
The census also included questions about student lived experiences at school. This report provides a descriptive analysis of the results of the census.
